Vertical Flow Class100 Cleanroom Booth For Assembly Line With Opertaion Table

The fans of Clean Booth press the air in HEPA Air Filters with regular wind pressure, after passing through HEPA Air Filters, vertical and unidirectional airflow is well distributed to the work area, which ensures the high cleanlines.

Structure:

The primary structure consists of a square frame, enclosed by glass or curtains, and supported by swivel casters for easy movement. The platform is designed with punched stainless steel plates to aid in dust removal.

This unit is primarily utilized as a partial purification station for assembly lines, specifically for the production of mobile phone films. It has been expertly designed to meet these specific needs.

Additionally, it features a 750 mm high counter, two anti-static soft curtain doors, and is intended to be used in conjunction with assembly line operations.

Features:

  1. The structure is made of stainless steel square tube and industrial aluminum alloy square tube, which provides stability and an attractive appearance, while preventing rust and dust accumulation.

  2. The roof cover is constructed from aluminum-plastic composite panels that are 4 cm thick and designed for easy cleaning.

  3. Inside, special purification lamps are used to maintain cleanliness in the room.

  4. The FFU (fan filter unit) is equipped with a centrifugal fan, which offers long life, low noise, maintenance-free operation, low vibration, and stable performance. The fan is highly reliable and has a working life of over 100,000 hours, with a noise level of only 50 decibels.
